| Use this form to apply for membership to the IARIW. You should read the information on membership dues and how to pay them first if you have not done so already. Membership applications will not be processed until payment is received.
The only required fields for new applications are Name, Address (either office or home), Desired Password and E-mail Address. However, the more information that you provide, the better we will be able to keep in touch with you regarding IARIW activities. If you would like to provide us with information in addition to the required information but do not want the additional information to appear in the online member directory, simply tick the ‘hidden’ checkbox next to the field you do not wish to have made public. When you have entered all of your information, push the “Submit Information” button at the bottom of the form. If you are an existing member and wish to update your entry in the online web directory or the address at which you receive IARIW correspondence, simply go to the members area or use the Update Member Information Form. Any further information or instructions can also be entered in the “Additional Information or Comments” box. |
